RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN STORE
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of when you received your items, excluding transit times.
Returns and exchanges can be made in person at our store location below, or mailed to the same store location below. After you receive your items, your in-store return must be made within 14 days of when you received your item(s).
- All returns must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt.
- Gift Receipts receive exchange or store credit only.
- Original Receipts must accompany returned merchandise in order to receive a refund.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition, free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Original tags must still be attached.
RETURN BY MAIL
Mailed returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). Please send your tagged and unworn items to the address below, using the carrier of your choice and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip(s). Venture does not provide prepaid return labels. Allow 5-10 business days for us to receive, inspect and begin processing your return. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased the item with a Prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or Gift Card you will be issued a store credit. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to process (depending on the issuing bank/credit card company).
